Sifter Screen Jar
When fingerprinting items using fluorescent powders with a feather brush, you need to use very little of this powder. It is so fine in texture. In most cases you just use the small amount of powder in the lid.
Why not try using a sifter jar? This is a 2-ounce styrene jar with an insert that has numerous holes in it. The powder is placed in the jar and falls through the holes into the bottom of the jar. This leaves a small amount of fluorescent powder residue on the sifter screen to use in the fingerprint processing, which is all you need.
